Job summary

Bright Horizons’ Forest Park Bracknell Nursery and Preschool is seeking an Early Years Teacher to plan and deliver rich learning opportunities and exceptional care that helps every child develop and meet their individual needs.

You will make accurate assessments reflecting each child’s stage, and ensure indoor and outdoor environments are consistently stimulating and inspiring, while building trusted partnerships with colleagues and parents.

Qualifications

• Hold one of the following: QTS, EYTS, EYPS, or full Level 6 Early Years qualification.
• Strong passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child.
• Solid understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding protocols.

Nursery – Forest Park Bracknell Nursery and Preschool

Salary – £30,155.00 - £34,471.30 per annum (dependent on qualification/s and experience)

Location – Bracknell

We’re looking for an Early Years Teacher to join our Forest Park Bracknell Nursery and Preschool nursery.

The Role

As an Early Years Teacher, you will plan and deliver rich learning opportunities and exceptional care that helps all the children to develop and meet their individual needs. You will make accurate and effective assessments, which reflect the needs, interests, and stages of each child, and ensure the indoor and outdoor environments are consistently stimulating and inspiring for the children.

What we’re looking for

• Hold either Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS), Early Years Practitioner Status (EYPS), or a full and relevant Level 6 Early Years Qualification

• Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child

• Sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection

• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers

• Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both colleagues and parents
