Job summary

Bright Horizons is seeking an Early Years Teacher for Forest Park Bracknell Nursery and Preschool. You will plan and deliver rich learning opportunities and high‑quality care that supports every child’s development.

With a strong EYFS knowledge base and safeguarding commitment, you will assess progress, collaborate with colleagues and families, and help create stimulating indoor and outdoor spaces for learning.

Qualifications

• Hold QTS, EYTS, EYPS, or Level 6 Early Years qualification.
• Passion for making learning fun and engaging.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS.
• Solid safeguarding and child protection knowledge.

Salary – £30,155.00 - £34,471.30per annum (dependent on qualification/s and experience)

The Role

As an Early Years Teacher, you will plan and deliver rich learning opportunities and exceptional care that helps all the children to develop and meet their individual needs. You will make accurate and effective assessments, which reflect the needs, interests, and stages of each child, and ensure the indoor and outdoor environments are consistently stimulating and inspiring for the children.

What We’re Looking For

• Hold either Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS), Early Years Practitioner Status (EYPS), or a full and relevant Level 6 Early Years Qualification
• Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
• Sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers
• Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both colleagues and parents
