Qualifications

• Experience supporting children in early years settings, nursery, or primary.
• Genuine passion for young children's learning and development.
• Knowledge of EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support the class teacher with engaging, age-appropriate activities.
• Provide individual and small-group support to help progress.
• Create a safe, nurturing, inclusive classroom environment.
• Encourage communication, confidence, independence and creativity.
• Assist with routines, transitions and daily activities.
• Support children with additional needs and adapt activities.
• Promote positive behaviour and safeguarding procedures.
