Qualifications

• The successful candidates will have the appropriate and relevant qualifications, e.g. NVQ 3/ child-based experience.
• GCSE passes at C or above in English and Maths.
• Be able to demonstrate skills and experience of working with Foundation Stage children in a play-based environment.
• Be enthusiastic, caring and motivated.
• Be able to work as part of a team.
• Demonstrate the ability to use their initiative.
