Job summary

Happy Days Nurseries Limited in Farnham seeks an Early Years Supervisor to lead a room team, deliver high-quality care and education, and support children’s development in line with the EYFS.

You’ll build strong relationships with families and colleagues, monitor planning and room standards, and coach others, while upholding safeguarding and health & safety commitments. This role offers flexible working options and a focus on staff wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent.
• Previous supervisory experience within an Early Years setting.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding, and childcare legislation.
• Paediatric First Aid and Level 2 Safeguarding (or willingness to obtain).
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills.

• Support children's individual development, wellbeing, and progress.
• Build strong relationships with families, colleagues, and external agencies.

We're looking for Early Years Supervisor with experience in child development and committed to supporting children's growth and learning based at our Toddletoennursery, Farnham.

As an Early Years Supervisor, you'll lead, motivate, and support your room team to deliver high-quality care and education in a safe, stimulating environment. You'll build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues while ensuring excellent standards of safeguarding, learning, and wellbeing are consistently maintained.
