Happy Days Nurseries is seeking a Mobile Early Years Educator to provide high-quality education across our nurseries in Godalming, Farnham and Eastleigh. You will travel within a one-hour commute, delivering EYFS-aligned activities and supporting staff and families.

The ideal candidate holds a Level 3 in Early Years Education, communicates confidently, and works collaboratively in a fast-paced, caring environment. A commitment to safeguarding and professional growth is essential.

Toddletown & Mulberry Corneris offering unique opportunities to be part of our Mobile Workforce - a dynamic team of Educators that support settings across our nurseries in Godalming, Farnham and Eastleigh.

As a Mobile Early Years Educator, you’ll be a vital part of our team, dedicated to ensuring consistent, high-quality education within a safe and secure environment within our nurseries.

You’ll travel to settings within a one-hour commute from your home or base nursery, providing essential cover and support.

So, what will you be doing?

• Delivering outstanding early years education and child development
• Implementing and following the curriculum and framework, such as EYFS
• Ensuring children’s day-to-day needs are fully met
• Creating and planning activities to stimulate learning, ensuring children’s development is enriched
• Building and maintaining excellent partnerships with colleagues, parents and carers, fostering open trust-based communication
• Ensuring the highest standards of safeguarding and health and safety are met in every interaction and activity

Who we are looking for:

Are you an Early Years Educator qualified to Level 3 who:

• Has experience with child development and learning and is committed to children’s emotional and intellectual growth
• Communicates confidently, professionally and works collaboratively
• Works in a way that is inclusive and creates a supportive, respectful environment
• Is reflective and committed to professional growth

And a few nice-to-haves:

• Paediatric First Aid certification.
• Experience supporting children with additional needs.
• Familiarity with digital learning journals or nursery software.
