Carrington Blake Recruitment is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to work with children aged 0-5 and their families in Greater Manchester. You will deliver sessions, plan play-based activities and support development in line with EYFS.

We are looking for an NVQ Level 3 in Early Years/Childcare, experience with vulnerable groups, and strong communication skills. You will work in a multi-agency team across Family Hubs and community settings.

Formación

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Early Years/Childcare.
• Experience with children and families, including vulnerable groups.
• Experience planning and evaluating activities or programmes.
• Knowledge of child development and safeguarding.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in IT systems and record-keeping.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver one-to-one and group sessions with children and families.
• Plan and deliver play-based learning activities aligned with EYFS.
• Support children's communication and language development.
• Engage families at Family Hubs, community venues, and homes.
• Maintain accurate records using IT systems and safeguarding tools.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and partner agencies.
