Job summary
Little Hands Daycare Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Room Manager to lead the daily practice and organisation of a nursery room. You will inspire your team to deliver high-quality care and education and deliver an ambitious EYFS curriculum.
The role also focuses on creating safe, inclusive environments, building strong family partnerships, and upholding safeguarding standards to ensure Ofsted readiness. This is a key leadership position within an established nursery group.
Qualifications
- Essential Level 3 Early Years Qualification or above.
- Strong EYFS and safeguarding knowledge.
- Experience leading or supporting a team.

- Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or above)
- Strong EYFS and safeguarding knowledge
- Experience leading or supporting a team
- A passion for excellence and nurturing child development
- Paediatric First Aid / Food Hygiene
- Leadership CPD and ambition to progress further
