Job summary

Flow Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Nursery Room Leader to oversee the daily operation of a dedicated room, ensuring top standards of care and education. You will mentor staff, uphold safeguarding, and foster a warm, engaging environment where children learn through play.

The role requires LV3 Childcare or equivalent, EYFS awareness, and proven leadership and organisational skills in an Early Years setting.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or an equivalent recognised qualification).
• Strong knowledge of child development and the EYFS.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day running of your allocated nursery room.
• Support and mentor colleagues to maintain high standards of care, learning and development.
• Create a nurturing environment where children are happy, safe and inspired to reach their potential.
