Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent is required.
• Enhanced DBS check will be undertaken.
• Experience in training and developing other staff.
• Ability to create a happy, safe and stimulating learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day running of the allocated nursery room.
• Support staff with learning and development activities.
• Ensure high standards of care and safety for all children.
• Engage with parents to communicate progress and needs.
