Job summary

Flow Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Nursery Room Leader to join a bespoke nursery network in the UK. You will lead the day-to-day operations of an allocated area, ensuring a happy, safe and stimulating environment for children.

Applicants must hold NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) and be prepared to undergo an enhanced DBS check. You will mentor staff, design engaging learning experiences and contribute to high-quality childcare outcomes.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent required.
• Enhanced DBS check is required.
• Experience in leading a nursery room and developing staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day running of an allocated nursery area.
• Ensure children are cared for in a happy, safe and stimulating environment.
• Provide a range of learning experiences to support all-round development.

Nursery Room Leader

A qualified nursery room leader responsible for the day to day running of an allocated area or room within the nursery. You must be NVQ level 3 qualified or equivalent. An important role in training and developing staff by imparting knowledge and skills. You will be required to ensure the children are cared for in a happy, safe and stimulating environment. You will also need to have a sound understanding of a child’s developmental requirements and to provide a range of stimulating learning experiences designed to meet children’s all round development. Successful Nursery Room Leader will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check.
