Job summary

Bright Horizons is seeking a field-based Early Years Quality Specialist to support nurseries across the South Division and beyond. You will coach, mentor and lead teams to deliver outstanding education and care, implementing the Bright Beginnings Curriculum, SEND/ASN, and Nurture approaches to ensure high-quality learning environments.

The role requires significant EY leadership experience, strong safeguarding knowledge, and willingness to travel across the UK.

Qualifications

• Significant Early Years leadership experience driving quality improvement across multiple settings.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing nursery teams.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding, child protection, inspection frameworks, and EYFS best practices.
• Experience using data, audits, and reporting to drive continuous improvement.
• Level 3 Early Years qualification and evidence of ongoing professional development.
