A leading company in early years education is seeking enthusiastic Early Years Practitioners for casual bank staff roles. Candidates will work in a nurturing environment, supporting children's learning and development while ensuring compliance with early years frameworks. Ideal candidates will have relevant qualifications and a genuine passion for working with children.
We are currently seeking enthusiastic Early Years Practitioners to join our bank staff on a casual basis. You’ll be working as part of a friendly and supportive team, helping to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children.

You will help with ensuring the requirements of Ofsted and the Early Years Foundation Stage are met and have experience working in a busy early years childcare setting.

What We are Looking For
•Relevant early years qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2 or 3, or equivalent) preferred.
•A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
•Good communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team.
•Understanding of the EYFS framework and child development principles.
