Hours: As required
Position: Bank Staff – casual basis Pay: From 12.21 per hour, plus leave allowance
Venues: footprints@hattonhill nursery, Alwyn Avenue, Litherland,
L21 9NZ and footprints@netherton nursery, Netherton Family Wellbeing Centre, Magdalen Square, Netherton, L30 5QH

We are currently seeking enthusiastic Early Years Practitioners to join our bank staff on a casual basis. You’ll be working as part of a friendly and supportive team, helping to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children.

If your passion is to see children thrive and develop in the early years we want to hear from you!

You will help with ensuring the requirements of Ofsted and the Early Years Foundation Stage are met and have experience working in a busy early years childcare setting.

The purpose of the role is to:

  • Support children’s learning
  • Be a ‘key person’ to a small group of children and build positive relationships with their families
  • and development through play.
  • Protect and promote the health and well-being of children.
  • Ensure that safeguarding procedures are followed.
  • Promote positive relationships in the early years setting.

What We are Looking For
•Relevant early years qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2 or 3, or equivalent) preferred.
•A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
•Good communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team.
•Understanding of the EYFS framework and child development principles.
