Job summary

Slough Borough Council is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to deliver high-quality early years provision that promotes and supports the needs of all children through effective holistic care and education in line with the EYFS.

You will join a multi-agency team within a Best Start Family Hub and Children’s Centre, build relationships with parents and services to ensure continuity of care, and contribute to a welcoming, safeguarding-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality early years provision aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Work as part of a multi-agency team within a Best Start Family Hub and Children’s Centre to ensure children are happy, safe, and thriving.
• Develop professional relationships with multi-agency services and parents/carers to ensure continuity of care for children.
• Note: this is a 30 hours Term Time only role.
