Job summary

Thrive Pudsey is seeking qualified or unqualified Early Years Practitioners to join our friendly team on a flexible supply basis. You’ll care for children aged 3 months to 5 years across indoor and outdoor settings, delivering quality play-based learning and development opportunities.

We welcome Level 2/3 trained practitioners or those pursuing qualifications, with strong communication and teamwork skills. The role offers flexible hours, DBS checks, and funded training with progression

Qualifications

Responsibilities

We are looking for passionate and dedicated qualified Early Years Practitioners to join our friendly and experienced team on a flexible supply basis.

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play an important role in providing high-quality care, learning and development opportunities for children aged 3 months to 5 years. You’ll have the opportunity to work across both indoor and outdoor environments, creating stimulating experiences that support children’s learning, development and wellbeing.

We welcome applications from unqualified, Level 2 and Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioners who are looking for flexible work within a supportive and nurturing nursery environment.

What You’ll Do

• Provide safe, nurturing and engaging care for children aged 3 months to 5 years
• Support and deliver stimulating learning experiences through play and planned activities

• Work effectively as part of a skilled and passionate Early Years team
• Promote the health, safety and wellbeing of all children

What We’re Looking For

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification ideally but we can accept unqualified
• A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development
• A reliable, enthusiastic and positive approach
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• A commitment to providing high-quality care and learning experiences
• A strong understanding of safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare
• The ability to work flexibly and adapt to the needs of the nursery
