Job summary

Bright Horizons Millhouses Nursery in Sheffield is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to support SEN and deliver engaging activities aligned with the EYFS framework. You will plan, implement and reflect on activities that stimulate development while maintaining a safe, nurturing environment.

The role requires a full Level 3+ Early Years qualification, passion for inclusive learning, strong EYFS knowledge, and ability to partner with parents and colleagues to support every child’s progress.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child to encourage development toward milestones.
• Create a safe environment that allows children to express themselves and foster a lifelong love of learning.
• Work with colleagues and parents to support SEN and overall wellbeing of children.
