Job summary

Bright Horizons Trafford is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to plan, implement, and reflect on engaging activities for key children, promoting development and a lifelong love of learning. You will work in an Ofsted Outstanding nursery with a garden and themed spaces to support motor skills and exploration.

The role requires a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification, a passion for inclusive learning, strong EYFS knowledge, safeguarding understanding, and the ability to build

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each key child to support development.
• Create a safe environment that allows children to express themselves and develop a love of learning.

Salary – £29,203.20 per annum (full time equivalent / dependant on qualification/s and experience)

We’re looking for an Early Years Practitioner to join our Trafford nursery. Our Bright Horizons Trafford is Ofsted rated “Outstanding” and offers a large garden with plenty of themed spaces for children to improve their motor skills and expand their curiosity.

The Role
