Job summary

Advanced Learning Partnership is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to work three days a week at a Bishop Auckland school. You will support across the Nursery, helping create a calm, nurturing space where children feel safe, secure and ready to explore.

The role runs Wednesday to Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm, with weekly pay £462.80–£525, dependent on experience and qualifications. A Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification and SEND experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification.
• Experience working with primary school aged children.
• Experience working with pupils with SEND.
• Passion for the progress of primary school pupils.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

The School and Role

On behalf of Advanced Learning Partnership, we are looking for a Early Years Practitioner to work 3 days a week at a lovely school in the Bishop Auckland area. Workingas part of an established team, the Early Years Pracitioner will be supporting across the Nursery unit in all rooms. You would be helping create a calm, nurturing space where children feel safe, secure and ready to explore. The role would be every Wednesday to Friday to cover 8.30am - 3.30pm. Experience working within Early Years would be essential, as well as a minimum Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification. The school has a supportive senior leadership team and can be accessed on public transport.

Requirements

The desired Early Years Practitioner will have;

• A minimum Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification
• Experience of working with primary school aged children
• Experience of working with pupils with SEND
• A passion for the progress of primary school pupils
• An ability to work as part of a team
