Advanced Learning Partnership is seeking an Early Years Practitioner for a part-time, temporary position in Durham (DH7). You will join a nursery team, supporting across rooms to foster a calm, secure learning environment.
The role runs Monday to Wednesday, 8.30am to 3.30pm, starting September 2026 through July 2027 and pays £462.80–£525 per week, depending on experience and qualifications. Experience in Early Years and a Level 3 qualification are essential, with SEND experience valued.

On behalf of Advanced Learning Partnership, we are looking for a Early Years Practitioner to work 3 days a week at a lovely school in the Durham area, DH7. Workingas part of an established team, the Early Years Pracitioner will be supporting across the Nursery unit in all rooms. You would be helping create a calm, nurturing space where children feel safe, secure and ready to explore. The role would be every Monday to Wednesday to cover 8.30am - 3.30pm. Experience working within Early Years would be essential, as well as a minimum Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification. The school has a supportive senior leadership team and can be accessed on public transport.
