Job summary

Thornbury Primary Leadership Academy in Bradford is seeking a dedicated individual to provide tailored support to our pupils and help create an outstanding learning environment. You will contribute to developing their learning and well-being within a supportive team.

You will work one-to-one, in small groups, and with whole classes, supporting teachers’ planning and enrichment activities. A relevant qualification or nursery care experience is required, with safeguarding commitments reinforced.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to support learning and teaching in Early Years settings.
• Experience working with children and understanding of EYFS.
• Ability to adapt activities to children's needs and responses.
• Capacity to work one-to-one, in small groups, and with whole classes.
• Support teachers' planning and preparation of lessons.
