Job summary

GSL Education in Doncaster is seeking enthusiastic Early Years Practitioners to support children's development in local schools. You will plan play-based activities, monitor progress, and help create a safe, inclusive EYFS environment.

The role offers flexible placements, DBS checks, and ongoing support from a dedicated recruitment consultant, with pay £460–£600 per week depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with children and staff
• Ability to observe and record progress
• Familiarity with EYFS and safeguarding requirements
• Caring and patient approach with young learners
• Willingness to undergo Enhanced DBS check

Responsibilities

• Organise engaging play-based activities across EYFS areas
• Foster creativity, curiosity, and language through interactive play
• Support children's wellbeing and build positive relationships
• Observe development and contribute to learning plans
