Bright Horizons Leatherhead Day Nursery and Preschool is seeking a qualified Early Years Practitioner to plan, deliver and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child's development, with emphasis on EYFS milestones and safeguarding.

We offer full-time hours, a 40-hour week option across 4 or 5 days, 50% childcare discount, enhanced parental leave, pension, wellbeing benefits and ongoing professional development within a supportive HEART culture.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.

Responsibilities

• As an Early Years Practitioner, plan, create and reflect on engaging activities for key children.
• Provide a safe environment allowing children to express themselves and develop learning.
