Job summary

Banana Moon Sheffield is seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Professional to join the Baby Moons team. You will work in a caring, family-friendly environment focused on learning through play and building strong relationships with children and families.

We have full and part-time positions available; the role requires a Level 2 or 3 in childcare, DBS disclosure, and Paediatric First Aid. On-site parking and ongoing development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, energetic and motivated Early Years Professional profile.
• DBS enhanced disclosure within the child workforce sector is required.
• Paediatric First Aid certificate is required.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a named co-ordinator relevant to skills or training as designated by the Nursery Manager.
• Deliver high quality, safe and welcoming care in a nursery setting.
• Engage with families and promote the nursery in the local community.

Banana Moon Sheffield is a thriving nursery looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and motivated Early Years Professional to join our Baby Moons team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a happy nursery where we focus on encouraging children to be children, learning through fun and engaging play. You will be working with a dedicated team in a caring, family friendly, characterful, and stimulating environment which is inviting to children, families, and staff.

Job Purpose

Early Years Professionals ensure a high quality, balanced provision of leading practice education and care is delivered; creating a safe, caring, and welcoming setting in which families are happy to entrust their child and where their child is encouraged and supported to flourish in an enabling and stimulating environment.

To adhere to Banana Moon policies and procedures and meet legislative requirements and following education curriculum, delivering standards which ensure highest possible inspection grading.

To promote a successful business with a first-class reputation, engaging with the local community and marketing the nursery whilst providing excellent customer care.

Acting as a named co-ordinator relevant to their skills or training as designated by the Nursery Manager.

We have full and part time positions availble-

Full time- 40 hours per week

A full and relevant level 2 or 3.

DBS enhanced disclosure within the child workforce sector.

Paediatric 12hr First Aid certificate.

Previous responsibility as a key person.
