Job summary

Bright Horizons in Liverpool is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to plan, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child, supporting development towards key milestones in a safe, expressive setting.

The role emphasizes creating inclusive learning environments, building strong partnerships with colleagues and parents, and contributing to a HEART-driven culture across the Broadgreen Nursery.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Demonstrates passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Strong safeguarding and child protection knowledge.
• Ability to build trust and work in partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers.

Job description

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities, tailored to each of your key children, to encourage their development towards key milestones. You will create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and help to foster a lifelong love of learning.

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers

Salary - £13.50 per hour (dependent on qualification/s and experience) Location - Liverpool, Merseyside L14 3LB
