Bright Horizons Callands nursery is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to plan, deliver and reflect on engaging activities that support children's development towards EYFS milestones. You will create a safe, stimulating environment where children can express themselves and build a lifelong love of learning.

The role requires a full and relevant Level 3+ Early Years qualification, a strong commitment to safeguarding, and the ability to work with colleagues and parents to foster trusted

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child to support development toward EYFS milestones.
• Create a safe environment that allows children to express themselves and foster a lifelong love of learning.
• Work with colleagues and parents to build trust and strong partnerships and to promote safeguarding.
