About Early Years Ltd. is seeking a passionate Early Years Practitioner – Level 3+ in Wakefield. The role involves supporting children's development in a nurturing environment renowned for quality early education.

Qualifications

• Recognised Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years.
• Previous experience working within an Early Years setting.
• Understanding of play-based learning approaches.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for a group of key children, ensuring their progress is observed and assessed.
• Plan and deliver engaging play-based activities that support children’s development.
• Create a positive and inclusive environment for all children.

Skills

Level 3 qualification in Early Years

Experience in Early Years setting

Understanding of play-based learning
