The role emphasizes planning engaging activities, forming strong relationships with children and families, and contributing to a warm, inclusive setting that respects each child’s needs.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children under 5.
• Empathy and understanding of individual children's needs.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the role of Key Person, fostering partnerships with children and their families.
• Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
