Qualifications

• Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education.
• Ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver age-appropriate activities.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, stimulating environment by preparing materials and arranging rooms for learning.
• Lead educational activities and experiences aligned with the EYFS framework to support development.
• Act as a Key Person, building strong relationships with families and monitoring children's progress.
