About the role:

As an Early Years Practitioner, the learning never stops. That's why we give you opportunities to learn and develop the skills you need to build your career in our Little Pioneers nurseries. We are looking for a qualified professional to help us deliver our vision of being the leading Childcare provider.

Offering flexible and part-time working hours between 7am - 6.30pm, with options for 2-4 day working weeks to suit your work-life balance.

What will the role involve?

  • Working in unity with the Quality Training Advisors to achieve outstanding results in the room and outcomes for children.
  • Supporting the education and development of key children through high-quality teaching and learning.
  • Collaborating with the team to deliver outstanding care, early education, and meet performance standards.

Who are we looking for?

  • Full and relevant early years qualification (essential).
  • An Enhanced DBS check (we’ll cover the costs).
  • Open, honest, and compassionate attitude.
  • Inspiring and passionate about early years and working with children.
