Job summary

Freedom Care Group is hiring Level 2 and Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to provide high-quality care and early learning in a modern, welcoming environment. Roles available for Level 2 and Level 3, with flexible patterns: part-time 3 days (8am–6pm) or full-time 4 days (8am–6pm), and 5pm finishes may be possible for some shifts.

Salary starts from £20,124 (Level 2 part-time) up to £28,704 (Level 3 full-time). We offer training, development, bonuses, childcare discounts and a supportive team focused

Qualifications

• Recognised Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years or Childcare qualification.
• Warm, caring and child-centred approach.
• Clear safeguarding knowledge and commitment to welfare.
• Ability to support individual learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality physical, emotional, social and educational care.
• Safeguard children and promote welfare and safety at all times.
• Plan activities around children’s needs and development.
• Act as key person and maintain learning records.
• Build partnerships with parents and carers.
• Support children with meals, personal care and routines.
• Maintain safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Collaborate with Nursery Manager and team.
• Follow nursery policies and confidentiality requirements.
• Contribute to training, staff meetings and events.
