Job summary

Regroup Mass Notification is seeking Level 2 and Level 3 Nursery Practitioners for a modern, welcoming nursery. Roles include part-time 3 days and full-time 4 days, with hours 8am–6pm and salaries from £20,124–£28,704 depending on level and pattern.

Qualifications

• Qualified Level 2 or Level 3 in Early Years/Childcare.
• Warm, caring and child-centred approach.
• Clear safeguarding and welfare understanding.
• Ability to support individual learning and development.
• Confident communication with families and colleagues.
• Reliability, flexibility and a positive team attitude.
• Commitment to professional standards and ongoing development.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality physical, emotional, social and educational care.
• Safeguard children and promote welfare and safety.
• Plan activities around each child’s needs and development.
• Act as key person and maintain learning records.
• Build positive partnerships with parents and carers.
• Support children with meals, personal care and routines.
• Maintain high safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Collaborate with Nursery Manager, Room Leaders and team.
• Follow nursery policies and confidentiality.
• Contribute to training, staff meetings and nursery events.
