Job summary

Lime Tree Nursery is seeking passionate Level 3 Early Years Practitioners to join expanding teams across Rotherham, Barnsley and North Nottinghamshire. You’ll bring our child-led EYFS curriculum to life and help create welcoming indoor and outdoor environments for 0–5s.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Early Years – essential
• Experience in an Early Years setting
• Strong understanding of EYFS and safeguarding requirements
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A proactive, creative and child-centred mindset
• Someone who genuinely loves inspiring young minds

As a family-run group with eight nurseries across Rotherham, Barnsley, Sheffield and North Nottinghamshire, we create warm, home-from-home environments where children aged 0–5 can explore, question and thrive.

Inspired by The Curiosity Approach, we champion child-led learning, natural resources and meaningful play experiences that spark creativity and build confident, independent learners.

Now, we’re looking for passionate Level 3 Early Years Practitioners to join our growing teams as we expand and open new nursery settings around Rotherham, Barnsley and North Nottinghamshire.
