Spring Northumberland Heath is hiring an Early Years Practitioner (Level 3) to deliver high‑quality care and education for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years. You’ll support learning through play, observe and document progress, and work within a warm, family‑focused setting in Erith.
The role requires a Level 3 childcare qualification, a passion for ongoing learning, and a commitment to safeguarding and collaborative teamwork to achieve excellent outcomes for children and families.
Location: Erith
Salary: £26,600 - £27,299 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience)
Contract/Hours: Permanent /Full Time – 40 hours per
