Busy Bees Nurseries in Woking is seeking an Early Years Educator to help foster the intellectual, social, and emotional development of children. You’ll contribute to our Bee Curious curriculum and work within a supportive team dedicated to high-quality education.

You will support pathways for growth, participate in staff development, and engage with families to create a nurturing, inclusive environment for every child.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the role of Key Person, fostering partnerships with children and their families.
• Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
