Busy Bees Nurseries Ltd. is hiring for an Early Years role in a vibrant setting. The role focuses on planning and delivering activities that support children's development and creating a safe, nurturing learning environment.

You will serve as the Key Person, building strong partnerships with children and their families while observing and reporting on progress to guide learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Previously worked as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant or Nursery Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the role of Key Person, fostering partnerships with children and their families.
