Job summary

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years (essential).
• Experience working as an Early Years Practitioner in a nursery or early years setting.
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework.
• A caring, patient and proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Support children within the nursery setting through play-based and structured activities.
• Work closely with the room leader and wider team to support learning and development.
• Assist with planning and delivering engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.
• Support children's social, emotional and communication development.
• Maintain a safe, clean and stimulating environment.
• Assist with daily routines including meals, toileting and outdoor play.
