Job summary

MiChild Group Sunbeams Nursery in Atherton is seeking an Early Years Educator with a Level 2 or Level 3 UK qualification. This role is three days per week, with shifts either Monday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Friday, at a Good Ofsted-rated nursery that cares for up to 68 children.

Salary is £12.80–£13.25 per hour, with additional MiChild benefits including childcare discounts, wellbeing support, team events, and extended annual leave, supporting professional growth within the MiChild family.

Qualifications

• A qualified practitioner with a Level 2 Early Years or Level 3 Early Years UK based qualification.
• Commitment to EYFS best practice and safeguarding of children, staff and families.
• Solid understanding of the EYFS and child development.
• Excellent communicator who engages with children, parents and the setting team.
