Job summary

Bright Horizons Family Solutions in Trafford is seeking an Early Years Practitioner for our Outstanding nursery. You will plan, deliver engaging activities, support development, and create a safe, nurturing environment that fosters a lifelong love of learning.

You should hold a full Level 3 or higher Early Years qualification, be passionate about inclusive learning, and have strong EYFS and safeguarding knowledge. DBS checks apply; competitive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments
• Strong understanding of the EYFS
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection
• Ability to build trust with colleagues and parents/carers
