Qualifications

• Experience with children in nursery or Reception class
• Patient and attentive to children's development stages
• Works well with colleagues and communicates clearly
• Holds an Early Years qualification where required
• Available for full-time or part-time work

Responsibilities

• Preparing welcoming, age-appropriate activities and learning spaces.
• Encouraging early communication, social skills, literacy and numeracy through play.
• Helping children take part in group activities and develop independence.
• Sharing observations with the teacher or room leader.
• Supporting routines, transitions and personal care in line with the setting's procedures.
