Job summary

Bright Horizons Sale is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child, supporting development toward EYFS milestones. You will foster a safe environment that encourages curiosity and a lifelong love of learning.

The role offers a structured day with safeguarding commitments and a focus on inclusive, high‑quality early education. Monday–Friday, 07:30–18:00, based in Sale, with DBS checks and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each of your key children to support development towards EYFS milestones
• Create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and foster a lifelong love of learning
