Holden Lane Academy are seeking a dynamic and passionate Early Years Practitioner to join the dedicated teaching team. The role is permanent, term-time, 32.50 hours per week, with an actual salary range of £20,955 to £22,697.

The successful candidate will support children's social, emotional, physical and educational development, working closely with staff to deliver a high-quality curriculum and a positive learning environment.

Holden Lane Academy are looking to appoint a dynamic, passionate, and driven Early Years Practitioner with responsibility for supporting children’s social, emotional, physical and educational development to join the committed and hard-working teaching team at Holden Lane Academy. The successful candidate will have the strongest commitment and passion to continue to drive the success of the Academy forward and will be a very motivated team player in a highly effective staffing team.

The ability to converse at ease with members of the public, including staff and students in accurate spoken English is essential for the post, therefore postholders must be able to fulfil all spoken aspects of the role with confidence through the medium of English.

Holden Lane Academy is a small inclusive Primary academy in the Sneyd Green area of Stoke-on-Trent. It has bespoke facilities that support our exciting curriculum. We have extensive and stimulating outdoor play and learning areas.
