Job summary

Aspire People are assisting Harborne nurseries in finding enthusiastic Level 2/3 Nursery Practitioners to join their teams. Roles are full-time or part-time with flexible hours to suit availability, offering real development opportunities in childcare.

As a Nursery Practitioner you will support children aged 0-5 under EYFS guidance, creating a safe, nurturing environment. Prior nursery experience and a passion for early years are essential.

Qualifications

Aspire People are delighted to be working with a range of reputable nursery settings that are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Level 2 and Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to join their team in and around Harborne.

THE ROLE

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play an important role in providing high-quality care, education and support to children aged 0-5 years.

You will work as part of a dedicated team to create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, develop and reach their full potential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the learning, development and wellbeing of children aged 0-5 in line with the EYFS framework.
• Provide high-quality care and support to children in a safe and nurturing environment.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare - essential.
• Paediatric First Aid - desirable
• Previous experience working in a nursery or Early Years setting.
• Good knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework.
• A genuine passion for working with young children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
