Job summary

Family Adventures Group is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to provide high-quality care and early education for children aged 0-5, in line with EYFS. You’ll work with the room team under the guidance of the Nursery leadership to support learning, wellbeing and development in a safe, nurturing environment.

Responsibilities include planning activities, observing progress, supporting daily routines and safeguarding.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare / Early Years or equivalent.
• Passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Commitment to safeguarding and children's wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and early learning experiences for children aged 0-5.
• Create a safe, welcoming environment and support daily routines.
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate EYFS activities.
• Observe and support children's development and next steps.
• Work with the room team under supervision of managers.
