Job summary

Education Matters Group in London is seeking a qualified Early Years Practitioner to support children in a welcoming nursery in Golders Green. You will help create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children learn and develop through play and engaging activities.

We are looking for a level 2 or 3 EYFS qualification holder with experience in early years, a caring, patient approach and the ability to work well in a team.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years/Nursery qualification is essential.
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for children.
• Plan and support engaging activities that promote learning and development.
• Support children's personal, social and emotional development.
• Observe, assess and record children’s progress in line with the EYFS.
• Build positive and professional relationships with children, parents/carers and colleagues.
