Job summary

Bright Horizons Chandlers Ford Nursery is seeking an Early Years Practitioner with a Level 3 EY qualification to join our team. You will plan and deliver engaging activities, ensuring a safe environment that fosters curiosity and a love of learning in each child.

You will work closely with colleagues and parents, upholding safeguarding standards and supporting children's development toward milestones. DBS checks are part of safer recruitment practices.

Qualifications

• Must have a full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Safeguarding and child protection knowledge required.
• Ability to build trust and partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities aligned to each child’s development goals.
• Maintain a safe, stimulating environment that supports a lifelong love of learning.
• Work with families to support children's progress and well-being.
