Job summary

Bright Horizons Hedge End Day Nursery and Pre School is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to join our Hedge End team. You will plan, deliver and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child, fostering a safe, expressive environment that encourages a lifelong love of learning.

You will hold a Level 3+ Early Years qualification, have strong EYFS knowledge and safeguarding awareness, and build trusted partnerships with families and colleagues to support each child’s development.

Qualifications

• Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS.
• Safeguarding and child protection knowledge.
• Ability to build trust with colleagues and parents.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities for each key child.
• Create a safe environment that encourages expression and a love of learning.
• Support development toward key milestones and individual progress.
• Foster strong partnerships with families and colleagues to support outcomes.
