Qualifications

• Knowledge of Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Ability to deliver high-quality care and education.
• Strong team support and communication with families.

Responsibilities

• Promote high standards of quality within the nursery.
• Support and supervise playroom staff with day-to-day duties.
• Deploy staff to meet required standards in rooms.
• Allocate children to keycarers and follow keycarer procedures.
• Ensure EYFS requirements are met in practice and provision.
• Provide feedback to parents about their child.
• Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers.
• Develop positive working relationships with staff and with parents.
