First Place Nurseries Beaconsfield, part of Grandir UK, is seeking an attentive Early Years Practitioner to care for and inspire children daily. You will contribute to a nurturing, safe environment aligned with EYFS and participate in programmes like Make & Bake and Move & Groove.

Qualifications

• Caring and patient approach to early childhood.

Responsibilities

• Promote high standards of quality in the nursery.
• Supervise and support playroom staff daily.
• Deploy staff to ensure standards are met.
• Ensure key person procedures are followed and children are allocated appropriately.
• Ensure EYFS requirements are implemented in day-to-day practice.
• Provide feedback to parents and carers professionally.
• Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers.
• Foster positive relationships with staff and carers.
