Salary: £86 - £100 per day (Depending on experience)

Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and reliable Early Years Practitioner (EYP) to join a vibrant primary school in Rotherham. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the early development of children in a caring and stimulating environment where every day brings new discoveries.

Responsibilities of Early Years Practitioner:

• Supporting early years children through play-based learning and daily routines.
• Encouraging independence, communication, and social interaction.
• Helping to create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Observing and recording children's progress and assisting with planning next steps.
• Providing gentle emotional support and encouragement throughout the day.

We Are Looking for Someone Who:

• Has experience working with young children or a keen interest in early education.
• Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Brings energy, patience, and kindness to every interaction.
• Is adaptable and confident in supporting children with a range of learning needs.
• Can provide an up-to-date CV covering the last 10 years with any gaps explained.
• Holds or is willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS registered on the update service.
