Job summary

Butlin's Bognor Regis Nursery is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to join our team. You will be a key worker, contributing to planning, organisation and daily activities within the room, ensuring a safe, nurturing environment for children.

You will work with the Nursery Leadership team to provide a high-quality experience for children and their carers, and you should have strong safeguarding knowledge and EYFS understanding.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Safeguarding and EYFS requirements.
• Caring and nurturing attitude with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A Level 3 qualification in Childcare is desirable; Level 2 qualification is acceptable for progression.
• Working hours: 40 hours per week, Mon–Fri, 8:15am–5:45pm.

Responsibilities

• Be a key worker and participate in planning, organisation and operation within the room.
• Provide a stimulating and varied programme of play with team members.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
• Develop and deliver a stimulating and creative atmosphere within the Nursery.
